Shipping timelines reflect total order processing and shipping times. Your gear will be processed and shipped within 6 business days of the order date.
We currently only ship with UPS.
DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES OR RURAL ZIP CODES?
Yes with standard shipping.
Please note that if you have a US rural address, or you live in Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico, you’ll be unable to order hazardous materials including aerosols.
DO YOU SHIP TO AN APO/FPO/DPO ADDRESS?
Yes. We can ship to an APO/FPO/DPO address, however transit times can take up to 45 business days.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY TRACKING SAYS MY ORDER HAS BEEN DELIVERED AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PACKAGE?

WHAT ONLINE PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept debit cards and credit cards. This includes:
- American Express
Refunds with an original receipt are issued in the original form of payment shown on the receipt.
Refunds up to 30 days from purchase.
Clothing must be unwashed and unworn with the original hangtags attached.
Non-clothing items must be in new unused condition and returned in original packing with original tags.
Credit card purchases are refunded only to the same credit card used to purchase the item.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping fees.
Sale items are not eligible for return; all sales are final.
Prepaid return labels?
Any product returned outside of the return policy will not be processed.
Exchanges, store credits and/or refunds will be issued only after returned goods have been received and inspected by Habit, to confirm they meet our return-eligible criteria above.
Please allow up to 10 business days to receive and process your return request after your return package has been shipped.

CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW REFUND POLICY - YOGA CLASSES
We recommend that you reserve space in our yoga classes online, if you have reserved your space in class and need to cancel, please cancel at least 2 hours in advance to receive a full refund. If cancellations are made too late (within the 2 hour time window) or you miss a class, a $10 fee will be charged.
DO YOU OFFER WARRANTY?
We will replace any defective merchandise that is returned to our office within 14 days of the shipment date. No additional shipping and handling charges will be incurred by the purchaser.
