Yoga Class Descriptions

Vinyasa Flow

(Warm or Hot)

Vinyasa Flow focuses on connecting breath to movement. In this flow class, you can expect to stay constantly moving. With a room temperature between 80-85 degrees this is an accessible class for all levels, even if it is your first time!

Piloga

(Warm 75-85 degrees)

Get the best of both worlds! In this class you will find the mind-body benefits of a yoga practice and the core-power of pilates. The creative blend of both formats will offer a balanced movement practice for the body and soothing focus for the mind. This is for all levels, and the room will be warm, 75-85 degrees.

Power Flow

(Hot 95-100 degrees)

Powerflow, or Baptiste Power Vinyasa, is a hot yoga class taught at around 95 degrees. Each class contains 53 poses broken into 11 series.

Yin Yoga

(Warm 80-85 degrees)

We welcome you to join us for a warm Yin class, where we focus on breath and hold poses from 3-5 minutes. Great for any level yogi, come join us for a relaxing class.

Sculpt

(Hot 95-100 degrees)

Just like it sounds! Be prepared to move at a fast pace to build the heat and intensity of this fun, sweaty class. Pop, Hip-Hop, and EDM music will carry you through the 60 minutes, while focusing on the mind-body connection of each movement through the breath. Expect temps up to 105 and lots of fun.

Sculpt and Stretch

(Hot 95-100 degrees)

The perfect blend! If your focus is on increasing flexibility, this is the class for you! The first 30 minutes will be a heated power flow to build up heat to prepare for deep stretching for the second half of class. You will leave the class feeling rejuvenated, relaxed and at peace in your body.

Power Sculpt

(Hot 85-95 degrees)

Power Sculpt is a high energy class merging power vinyasa with strength drills, body weight resistance, and cardio. Probs such as resistance bands, blocks and hand weights are utilized to enhance the burn and capitalize on sweat production. The music playlist is explicit and inspired from 90s hip-hop helping ensure a killer full-body workout for the entire 60 minutes! Classes are designed to tone and sculpt from head to toe.

Restorative

(Warm 75-85 degrees)

This restorative yoga class promotes physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. This slow-paced practice is appropriate for all levels and a healing practice to any active lifestyle. Class temperature is kept warm (around 80-85 degrees) to assist muscles into a deep relaxation.

Hatha

(Hot 95-100 degrees)

A 'hatha' practice, meaning force, is a slow-paced and structured class guiding you through a series of poses. Attention is given to proper alignment with emphasis on finding stamina in each pose. This class is a hot class staying above 100 degrees the whole time.
