Did you know every public school in Great Falls has a food pantry? In addition, did you know every elementary school also has a backpack program providing children a small bag of food for the weekend? We have hungry children right in our own community. The GFPS Foundation is the primary supporter of school food pantries across the district, functioning solely through donations and volunteers. Last year alone the Foundation used approximately $60,000 of donations to make sure every food pantry remained stocked.
